Gardening Club

(Kirkcaldy)

The benefits of gardening on our mental health and wellbeing is well documented and widely recognised. Not only can gardening benefit our mental well-being, it also plays a part in serving our physical and social wellbeing as well.

Our Gardening Club offers members a chance to be more active and work outdoors. It's located in Kirkcaldy. We have two small allotment plots and a greenhouse. This provides us with the opportunity to grow an array of vegetables for use in preparing weekly Curnie lunches, and surplus can be distributed among members.

If you would like to join this club, give Jo a call or text. She will arrange a convenient time to call you back for a chat and talk you through our membership process.

Our Gardening Club meets every Tuesday
